A Little Bit More About Rosie
Rosie has spent over 30 years walking alongside people in health and social care, listening, learning, and creating spaces where everyone has a voice. Her work has taken her from national NHS strategy teams to grassroots community conversations, from secure mental health hospitals to youth groups, always with the same purpose: to help people feel seen, heard, and empowered to shape the services and systems that affect their lives.
Rosie is especially passionate about creating spaces where honesty, care, and curiosity can thrive—even when things are complex or difficult. Whether through creative facilitation, the Flow Game, or participatory methods like Socio-Drama, she brings a calm, intuitive presence that helps people feel safe enough to share what matters most.
Over the years, Rosie has led national engagement programmes, co-designed resources with families and professionals, supported inclusive health initiatives, and trained in practices like the Art of Hosting and Strength-Based Approaches. She has also worked on freelance projects exploring vaccine hesitancy, suicide prevention, and racism in the NHS, always grounding the work in deep listening and real connection.
More recently, she has begun to dabble in independent publishing. This journey has been a joy learning new skills and exploring her creativity. She has published two books and has a third on the way.
At the heart of everything Rosie does is a belief in people, their wisdom, their courage, and the magic that happens when we come together in true conversation.
Rosie has a beautiful daughter, Aisha and loves nothing better than walking on the moors with her or just sitting chatting in a coffee shop. Her little Yorkie, keeps her busy.
