The Flow Game was developed over 25 years ago in Denmark. It is a powerful tool for creating interactive conversations, reflection and action space for groups and individuals. At the heart of every flow game are life questions to explore together.
How it works:
The Flow Game can be played individually, as a group alongside friends, strangers or as a team. A Flow Game host facilitates to create a safe space for people to explore their questions.
Individuals: Bring a life question- It can be about life, relationships, health or work.
Teams: Bring a shared question around an issue they are looking for support or guidance with.
Some examples of spaces we facilitate are:
Flow for families
Flow for individuals
Group Flow
Flow for the workplace
Our Connection Spaces are gentle, welcoming sessions where people can slow down, breathe and just be themselves. These gatherings aren’t about fixing or achieving anything, they’re about being together, sharing stories, and finding comfort in real conversation.
Whether you're feeling a bit worn out, in need of inspiration, or simply longing for more genuine connection, these spaces offer a chance to pause, reflect, and remember you're not alone. They’re calm, kind, and full of heart.
